Delete in the app
- Open Deedlines and press the account icon.
- Sign in if needed.
- Choose Delete account, then Delete forever.
- Reauthenticate with Apple or Google when asked.
Delete on the web
Open the Deedlines web workspace, sign in, open Account and follow the same flow. This path remains available if you no longer have the mobile app installed.
What is deleted
Deletion removes the Firebase identity and private user record, including saved parcels, places, lists, notes, preferences, alerts, shared-list snapshots, public discussion posts and the reports you filed, application entitlements and profile data. Deletion is permanent.
Account deletion also cancels an active externally billed website subscription. Payment, tax, dispute and fraud-prevention records may be retained only where legally required.
